Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your ShifaCup. If for any reason you're not satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work.

14-Day Return Window

You may return your ShifaCup within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Request a Return

Email shifacuplb@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a pickup address.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your ShifaCup arrives damaged or stops working within the first 30 days due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. Email us with photos of the issue and your order number.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Hygiene Note

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used directly on skin, or removed from sealed packaging — unless the product is defective.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for defective or damaged products. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs within Lebanon.
