ShifaCup ships across all of Lebanon — completely free of charge.

Every ShifaCup order ships free, no matter where you are in Lebanon. No minimum order requirements, no hidden fees.

Cash on Delivery

You only pay when your ShifaCup arrives at your door. No card details, no upfront payment, no risk. Our delivery partner will collect payment in cash when they hand you the package.

Delivery Time

Beirut and Mount Lebanon: 1-2 business days
North Lebanon, South Lebanon, Bekaa, Nabatieh: 2-4 business days

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also reach us at shifacuplb@gmail.com for any update.

What If I'm Not Home?

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery and contact you by phone to coordinate. If we cannot reach you after two attempts, your order will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Wrong Address or Order Changes

If you need to change your delivery address or update your order, email us within 4 hours of placing your order at shifacuplb@gmail.com.

Damaged in Transit

If your ShifaCup arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement immediately.
